A lot of people find it hard to believe when I say I once weighed 305 lbs, but this picture is the only one I have that proves it… Yes I was very close to that in the other ones I’ve posted, but this one over to the left is full blown proof of how heavy I once was. And the little guy over to the right was taken a few nights ago :) I’m currently 163 (might have gained a few the past week with lots of birthdays and such, but that’s honestly okay) because I know the insane progress I’ve made. Ups and downs are going to happen when in a weight lose journey.. But you have to keep your head up, get back on board and keep pushing :) #me #weightwatchers #weightloss #progress #ww #wwlife #transformation @bl11courtney #bl11courtney
