I’ve gone off track since spending 3 weeks in the GC of Australia where I drank everyday and pigged out on fat filled food! When I got home it was almost like I had become addicted to fast food and alcohol and continued on the high calorie diet up until today. Yes, today I am back in control, my will is at its peak and I am back in the gym. Its amazing to see a lot of the weight loss/lifestyle change bloggers have stuck it out and are achieving amazing results through share will power and discipline; you all motivate and inspire me. Iv been super sick, it’s freezing over here in NZ and iv been down with the flu all week. Went to the gym on Monday and I think it just made things worse. So, I’ve only worked out once this week 😞 it’s ok though, as I always say - iv accepted that its going to take me at least a yr, I doubt a wk off is going to affect that. I just need to watch what I eat. My eating habits have started to revert back which is a bit of a worry but I guess it’s part of the journey so iv just got to move through the motions and stay on track.
I can’t imagine not having the Internet, these days all we have to do is know the exact words to google and we can find whatever we want, I don’t know how they did it back in the day when they had to rummage through books. Thank god for being born in the late 20th century!
